Tuffy Dog Toys - Ultimate Series Construction:
Seven Rows of StitchingTuffy Dog Toys can have up to 7 rows of stitching. The number and rows of stitching depend on the shape, size, and style of the toy. Two directions of cross stitching hold the multiple layers together. Rows of stitching hold the webbing around the edge of the material, and the toys' parts are sewn together with up to 3 rows of stitching. When possible, a protective webbing is added around the outer edge and sewn up to 3 more times.
Four Layers of Material Tuffy Dog Toys can have up to 4 layers of material depending on the shape, size, and style of the toy. Our Ultimate series can have up to 2 layers of Luggage grade material. Certain layers of material are coated with a layer of plastic to hold the material fibers together. Finally, we use soft fleece for the outside layer.
Protective webbingFor our Ultimate series we add an additional layer of webbing, whenever possible around the outside edge to cover the seams of the toy. This is sewn multiple times, for added durability.
Squeaker Safety Pockets Squeakers are sewn into material pockets inside the toy. This additional layer of safety can give you the time you need to safely remove the toy in the event your dog reaches the core of the toy.
These Tuffy Dog Toys are machine washable (air dry) and float.

Tuffy Dog Toys - Jr. Ultimate Series Construction:
Multiple Layers Tuffy Dog Toys are the most durable toys available. This dog toy is made with one layer of soft fleece, one layer of industrial grade luggage material and one layer of plastic coating in the center. All three layers are sewn together to make one "Tuff" layer.
Sewn Multiple Times Most dog toys have just one seam to hold the toy together. Tuffy Dog Toys sew webbing around the edges of the toy and then sew the edges together to make each toy Tuff.
Squeaker Safety PocketsSqueakers are sewn into pouches as an added layer of safety.

* Delivery Time.
We need 2 - 4 days to process your order before shipping. The delivery time for US, European countries the delivery will take 15- 20 days.
* Tracking information.
After we ship package, customer receive automatic email with tracking details.
* Lost Package Policy.
If a package did not arrive in 5 weeks after the shipping date, then this package is treated as Lost. In this case a new package will be shipped to the customer provided we are able to give the same items as those purchased by the customer. If we are not able to provide the same items to substitute the lost ones we will either propose to the customer similar items or refund their cost as it will be mutually agree with the customer. If one or more items neither the same nor similar are available to be shipped, the customer can request to cancel the order entirely, thus the total cost of the order including shipping and handling cost will be fully refunded.
